ในตระกร้า ไม่มีปุ่มดำเนินการ เหมือนหน้าอื่นๆครับ ไม่ทราบแก้ตรงไหนครับ

ตรงนี้น่าจะเป็นปัญหาของ woocommerce นะครับ ผมอาจจะช่วยซัพพอร์ตได้นิดหน่อยครับ
จากที่ค้นหามาจะมีคนแนะนำให้เคลียร์ cache ของ woocommerce ครับ

วิธีต่อไปนี้เป็นวิธีที่ผมเจอจาก google นะครับ ยังไม่เคยลองเอง

ไปที่ WooCommerce → Status → Tools
แล้วเคลียร์ 3 ตัวนี้ครับ

WooCommerce transients – Clear
Expired transients – Clear
Clear template cache – Clear

ผมคิดว่าส่วนนี้อาจจะไม่เกี่ยวครับ คาดเดานะครับ
เพราะตอนนี้ตัว demo ใช้
wordpress v.6.4.3 (ล่าสุด)
woocommerce v.8.5.2 (ล่าสุด)

ยังใช้ได้ปกติ ไม่มีปัญหาครับ

ลูกค้าอาจจะลองลงกับเว็บอื่น หรือไม่ก็ลงที่ localhost ดูก็ได้ครับ ถ้ามันขึ้นปกติ แปลว่าปัญหาอาจมาจากส่วนอื่นๆครับ

ยังไงสามารถทักมาทางเพจเพื่อให้แอดมินช่วยตรวจสอบเพิ่มเติมได้ครับ หากยังติดปัญหาอยู่

ใช่ครับ ของผมก็ขึ้นตามนี้เลยครับ แต่ปุ่มดำเนินการไม่ได้หายไปครับ
อยากให้ลูกค้าลองกับเว็บอื่น หรือลองใช้กับ localhost ดูก่อนว่ามันเป็นเหมือนกันไหมครับ
หรือลองทักมาที่เพจเพื่อให้แอดมินตรวจสอบดูก่อนก็ได้ครับ
