ตรงนี้น่าจะเป็นปัญหาของ woocommerce นะครับ ผมอาจจะช่วยซัพพอร์ตได้นิดหน่อยครับ
จากที่ค้นหามาจะมีคนแนะนำให้เคลียร์ cache ของ woocommerce ครับ

วิธีต่อไปนี้เป็นวิธีที่ผมเจอจาก google นะครับ ยังไม่เคยลองเอง

ไปที่ WooCommerce → Status → Tools
แล้วเคลียร์ 3 ตัวนี้ครับ

WooCommerce transients – Clear
Expired transients – Clear
Clear template cache – Clear

น่าจะเป็นปัญหากับ WooCommerce มั๊ยครับ เพราะโชว์แบบนี้ (ธีมอื่นๆปกติครับ)

our theme (indymall) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this:

Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version.
If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.

ผมคิดว่าส่วนนี้อาจจะไม่เกี่ยวครับ คาดเดานะครับ
เพราะตอนนี้ตัว demo ใช้
wordpress v.6.4.3 (ล่าสุด)
woocommerce v.8.5.2 (ล่าสุด)

ยังใช้ได้ปกติ ไม่มีปัญหาครับ

ลูกค้าอาจจะลองลงกับเว็บอื่น หรือไม่ก็ลงที่ localhost ดูก็ได้ครับ ถ้ามันขึ้นปกติ แปลว่าปัญหาอาจมาจากส่วนอื่นๆครับ

ยังไงสามารถทักมาทางเพจเพื่อให้แอดมินช่วยตรวจสอบเพิ่มเติมได้ครับ หากยังติดปัญหาอยู่

mall2023l/woocommerce/single-product/product-image.php เวอร์ชั่น 3.5.1 ล้ามัย, ปัจจุบันเวอร์ชั่น 7.8.0,

ตรงนี้ผมเจอละครับ เนื่องจากตัว woocommerce ตัวใหม่ๆ ได้มีการเปลี่ยนโครงสร้างหน้าตะกร้าสินค้าเป็นแบบใหม่ แต่ตรงนี้ธีมยังไม่ซัพพอร์ตครับ

หากลูกค้าต้องการหน้าตะกร้าสินค้าแบบเก่าเหมือนใน demo ให้ลูกค้าเข้าไปแก้ไขหน้าตะกร้าสินค้าครับ แล้วเลือกแทรก ตะกร้าสินค้าแบบ classic ไปแทนครับ
